Classical Music
Booking Classical Music requires a 1-hr minimum charge
A $100 *refundable deposit is due to reserve your date; The remaining balance is due the day of your event

before your scheduled event
Live Music Packages
Special Occasions: Weddings, Banquets, Dinner-Parties, etc.
Your deposit is refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
Your deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to your scheduled event, but any money
you have paid towards your live music will be refunded.
If you have to reschedule your event for any reason, our musicians will make every effort to accommodate
you. If you reschedule with at least 30 days notice and our musicians are unable to accommodate you, any
money you have paid towards your live music will be refunded. If rescheduled with less than 30 days
notice and the musicians are unable to accommodate you, your deposit is non-refundable, but any money
you have paid in addition to the deposit will be refunded in full.
I, ________________________________, understand the details regarding the payment of and
cancellation of this contract with the said musicians. I am submitting this signed and binding
contract with our deposit, and agree to pay the remaining balance of $______________ on or
before the day of my event, _____/_____/______. I understand, also, that the musicians require a
10-minute break for each hour of performance, and will have pre-recorded music playing during
their breaks.
