Catering Guidelines

Catering Orders should be placed by the Thursday before your event to guarantee your product will be

available. Orders received with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the following late fees:



Less than 48 hours (business) . . . . . . . . . . . $10.00

Less than 36 hours (business) . . . . . . . . . . . $20.00

Less than 24 hours (business) . . . . . . . . . . . $25.00

Same Day . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $30.00



*Room set-ups are required at the time of event booking. Events without a specified setup will use the previous

event set-up (ie…seating, tables, media podiums etc..)

*Guaranteed number of attendees must be finalized no less than 2 working days prior to the event and 3 working days

for full service event. Increase in counts on same day will not be guaranteed the same menu as previously ordered

*All Prices are per person unless otherwise specified and do not include service charges of 5% (JFK Clients) or 18%

(non-JFK Clients). Special Rentals, Linens and Floral Arrangements are also not included in these prices

*All Services include disposable tableware, unless china, flatware or linen is requested. For specific charge, please

inquire when placing your order

*Lost Equipment will be charged in full plus 10%

*Catering events will not be booked with out a 33 digit Harvard Billing Code or Room Reservation

*It is your responsibility to notify Sodexho of any change in venue for your event

*Cancellations will be subject to a charge determined by menu selection and time of cancellation

*Sodexho will not book functions that exceed room capacity or violate local fire and safety codes. For more

premises except for Kosher Events,. which need to be authorized by Sodexho Management. To ensure that we
