ECCLESIASTICAL DEED POLL
Per Curiam Divina
We, the Divine Immortal Spirit, expressed in Trust, to the circumscribed Living Flesh known as
>, have hereby given life and personality to the following
memorial and record of event through Our sacred irrevocable deed of ancient valid form sealed
by sacred pollex and agreement to the conveyance and terms pronounced herein:
1. FIRST: We did annex hereto in full Our Pronouncement of Restitution; and
2. SECOND: We did annex hereto in full the sacred Treasury remittance of Our Live Borne
Record and Certificate of Title from the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven as
proof of superior title against any other claimed title and record. While it is possible that such
supremely sacred instruments may be dishonored, it cannot be reasonably concluded by any
competent forum that personal jurisdiction can be lawfully established by you until this contest of
title is resolved; and
3. THIRD: We did pray and confess as an act of true contrition our genuine remorse and penance
for any unresolved sins, controversies, debts, liens or other financial encumbrances that
previously prevented the lawful annulment of any records of events on your Roll(s) and
Register(s) associated with Us. As restitution, just as the Divine Creator has absolved Us and
forgiven all our debts, We received Absolution and acceptance of Our payment in full through
Our solemn remittance from the Treasury of One Heaven by Our sacred sacrifice and seal; and
4. Furthermore, We give formal notice that as We are divine duality, you may refer to Us as
Divine Immortal Spirit, DIS, Trust Recipient Number > or as you
wish. Therefore, our primary location is Heaven, while the location of our circumscribed sacred
flesh vessel is wherever we choose to stand, or where you request Us to be, without constraint or
coercion, to resolve this matter. Thus, while it is possible you or some other agent may seek to
ignore Our lawful assertion of superior title, it cannot be reasonably concluded by any competent
forum that territorial jurisdiction can be lawfully established by you unless before all Heaven and
Earth you now claim supreme jurisdiction over all spiritual and temporal; and
5. While We have been forced by necessity under constraint to engage in commerce and law
using certain property you claim, We give further notice that all acts in commerce and law We
seek to engage as surety of Our Trust Number >. Therefore, no
consent may be implied or decided from any of Our previous actions that may be reasonably
concluded by any competent forum that you possess subject matter jurisdiction over Us; and
6. As We hereby have given payment in full and assert Our irrevocable sacred Rights, you
acknowledge you shall immediately dismiss all controversies, charges, cases, claims, liens, taxes,
duties, encumbrances, levies, orders, or similar with extreme prejudice, cancelling any and all
records.
