Notes:
(1) Class commencement depends on a minimum number of students enrolled. No refunds will
be given unless CAE cancels class due to insufficient enrolment.
(2) To register, please complete this registration form and then mail it to Center for American
Education, together with cheque made payable to “Center for American Education Pte Ltd”.
Other modes of payment such as cash, credit card or Nets are acceptable, however payments
via these modes must be made at the CAE office. Full payment must be made before class
commencement
(3) Other than the dates above, CAE may start a course if there is sufficient demand for a specific
date
(4) Applicants below the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to sign. No Student Pass
will be issued for any prep course. An incomplete registration form will delay your
application process.
