5 100+ CL and Public Sector customers, who have a Handset Life on File greater than 12 months and who have not received an equipment subsidy or a service credit in the past 12 months, are eligible for a handset upgrade at the flat price. Customers who upgrade before the 12-month period after the HLOF begins or after receiving a service credit or equipment subsidy, will do so at the SRP price.
