• Complete the information below based on the current specifications of the position and the department’s
recommended outcome.
• Discuss the recommended salary outcome with appropriate senior staff or divisional representative prior to
submitting the audit request.

recommended grade is appropriate, the audit will be approved by Human Resources without being reviewed by the
Job Audit Team. However, if the Human Resources representative’s recommendation differs from that of the
department, the position will be presented to the Job Audit Team for evaluation. The Compensation section of
Human Resources is available to provide assistance.
