Fort Pierce Seminoles
June 7th, 2010
Attn Marketing or Sponsorship Manager,
On behalf of the children in the Fort Pierce Seminoles Youth Football program,
parents and volunteers serving as coaches in our upcoming season, please
accept our most sincere thanks for your participation in our 2010 sponsorship
effort towards tackle football. Your contribution will enable us to provide each
team with the equipment, uniforms necessary to make this season a truly positive
experience for all. The program is made up of volunteers, individuals, and
businesses such as yourself, who are an integral part of the ongoing success of
Fort Pierce Seminole Youth Football. Participation in youth football and cheer
engages the kids in positive activities with the goal of preventing them from
spending their time in ways that could be detrimental to their futures. With our
mission in mind, we make it a point to never turn a child away. Thank you for
your financial considerations to this worthwhile program, and on behalf of the
Board of Directors, you have our sincerest thanks and appreciation. All of our
Volunteers and Parents support our Sponsors.
Sincerely,

The league needs your support, and any dollar amount towards the
league is greatly appreciated.
If you are unable to sponsor a Team, but are able to donate something, we need sponsorship for
players/cheerleaders who are unable to pay the registration fee; the cost to register a child is.
$100.00 per child (Player)
$75.00 per child (Cheerleader)
The registration cost only covers a small portion of the cost to run the league.
( Some in our area can’t afford the registration fee ). The deferred cost, insurance,
referee’s, transportaion, broken equipment the new equipment and uniforms
needed for the season results in creating a very great need. The total is well over
$50.000. The breakdown in cost is over $5,000 per team. We will field 7 teams
and as many Cheerleading teams. Please take a moment to look over our
options and make a decision to impact the life of a child. Every dollar brings us
closer to our goal.
About the Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance
In its 12th year in 2010, the Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance (OBYFA) has
served as the name and face of South Florida youth football. The organization,
its outreach to athletics and cheerleading, and its commitment to support youth
across the region have not changed – only its name. In 2007, O.B. Youth Sports
LLC officially renamed the program "Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance."
The OBYFA completed its tenth season in 2008 with a then record-high eight
member leagues spread out across eight South Florida counties, including
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Martin, and St. Lucie on Florida’s
southeast coast; Collier and Lee on the southwest coast.
The Orange Bowl Youth Football Alliance is comprised of four long-time member
leagues: Key West Junior Football League, Miami Xtreme Youth Football League
(MXYFL), Glades Tri-City Youth Athletic League and Western Communities
Football League, along with five new members since 2006 – the Dick Conley
Youth Football League, the National Youth Football League of America (NYFL),
the Palm Beach Youth Football League, the West Boca Tackle Football League
and West Boynton Youth Football League.
The goal of Orange Bowl Youth Football has not changed since its inception in
1999 – to promote and support the growth of youth football and cheerleading in
South Florida. That was clearly demonstrated by its expansion to include a
record nine leagues and eight counties in the Alliance.
