minimum (3) day stay. It offers an excellent temporary spot for anyone wanting to
test Boulder out Couples Welcomed Business travelers, someone waiting to move
into their permanent residence, on a ski/ biking vacation, and/ or various family
situations, etc. This room has a DSL wireless internet connection, in suite private
bathroom, plenty of privacy for two, Central Heat and Air, towels, and fresh linen
for your stay. We also offer free passes to TEST out the local gym/ health club
stay in shape during your stay with us. The gym is three minutes away by car.
THE STAIN GLASS ROOM comes complete with king size select comfort bed,
two night stands with matching lamps, a double dresser, large fan atop cathedral
ceilings. The room size is 13 x 16, 32 High Definition flat screen TV (Wall
Mounted), separate vanity area with double sinks, toilet closet, garden tub and
single enclosed shower, large closet and plenty of chest of drawer space for your
things. We supply towels, hand cloths plus freshly laundered every day. Weekly
visitors are allowed a laundry/ wash of your clothes, etc. at no charge. This room
is located on the third level of our home. It is very private and quiet. This rents on
a daily basis only a minimum stay of 3 days. The daily rent is $65 (Ask about our
Winter Rate). This is a wonderful alternative to hotel fees and the room exceeds
hotel standards. Need a car? Ask about our SMART CAR transportation option.
There are no cooking privileges, however we supply a house refrigerator for your
snacks and drinks. A microwave is available and plenty of comfortable seating
both inside the home and on our decks. We border green space and walking paths,
you can store your bikes, parking is plentiful, and the neighborhood is quiet....

Planet Bluegrass. 35-40 minutes drive to Boulder or Estes Park/ Rocky Mountain
National Park. It's 8 miles to the town of Lyons. The house is at about 6400'
elevation. Fabulous for those folks seeking a quiet getaway. This is not a party
house. On the open market as a permanent vacation rental this house would rent
for much more $$. Sorry, but no one-night rentals, smoking or pets at any time of
year anymore. Because of our own use of the home it is not suitable for those with

our dirt road, which is accessible with a 2 WD vehicle , unless there is a
snowstorm and 4WD is recommended. The town of Boulder is 20 minutes away
the quaint mining town of Nederland is 5 minutes down the hill. The Indian Peaks
Wilderness and Rocky Mountain National Park are nearby for hiking and
trekking. The world-famous walls of Boulder Canyon are minutes away for rock
climbing, and there are hiking and mountain biking trails surrounding the house. I

Description:Welcome to my cute home! With gleaming wood floors, long
windows, and a full kitchen, tucked away on a side street, this second-floor
apartment often feels like a treehouse. Located three blocks off Boulder's famous
Pearl Street Mall, the apartment is one of four in a little victorian house. The
street and other apartments are quiet, and there's a great back patio with chairs and
tiki torches. You're within walking distance of unique bars and artisan restaurants,
laundry, a grocery store, and a pharmacy the end of the street is one of Boulder's
best hiking/ trail running trailheads, Mt. Sanitas. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: I do
live here full-time. I rent it out while I'm out of town, or I go out of town so I can
rent it out! But long-term and weekday stays usually aren't possible. The Practical
Details: Includes internet, on-street parking (you get my visitor pass). One full-
size futon bed, always made with clean sheets. For $40 extra per night, rent a
small room in back, too-- this room doesn't have a bed but can accommodate
extra, less-picky guests who want to sleep on the floor. No pets allowed,
unfortunately. Again, I'll rent the apartment while out of town, or go camping to
rent the apartment! I love vacating for the right folks, and it helps pay the rent on
