EASY PAYMENT PLAN
Before placing your order, please read the following terms of the Easy Pay Plan Charge Agreement.
Custom Instruments do not qualify for or easy pay plan and must have a 50% nonrefundable deposit to start order and be
paid in full on completion. Custom instrument is anything that is NOT on our options price list. Contact us for details.
As an alternative to paying for my purchase in full at the time of my order, I have applied for an Easy Payment Pay
Account and I elect to pay for the purchase according to the following terms of this agreement:
I agree that for my order, the credit card I designate for placing this order will be billed according to the payment terms I
have selected below, plus shipping and handling when the order is placed, with the remaining balance billed in equal
payments every thirty (30) days thereafter. A $20 processing fee is added into each monthly payment. I understand that it
may take 8 to 10 weeks before my instrument is shipped to me (in stock items will be shipped immediately). I guarantee
that the credit line on the credit card I designate will continue to be sufficient to permit the card issuer to authorize the
debit of each payment as applicable. I further agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, MJ Guitar Engineering
may impose a late fee of $10.00 for any payment that is not made on a timely basis. Delinquent accounts are subject to a
22% annual interest rate and may be sent to collections for full amount owed plus collection cost.
MJ Guitar Engineering reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies. By choosing our easy pay plan
you have read and agree to all the terms above. Valid for US orders only.
All of our instruments are handcrafted using only the finest grade of materials. Our instruments are warranted to be free
from defective parts and workmanship. We cannot guarantee the Mirage will add 10 years to your life or make you rich
and famous, but we guarantee you will look good playing one. We would like to take this time to extend to you our
personal guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your instrument please return it within 10 days for any
refunds due minus a 10% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned.
Any editing to the above contract will void it completely.
