									KEVIN P. RESZKA

Kevin Reszka, Lieutenant Colonel U.S. Army, is the Accounting Division Chief, Program
Analysis and Financial Management, United States Transportation Command
(USTRANSCOM), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He develops, directs, coordinates, and
oversees all phases of the USTRANSCOM accounting functions. He directly supervises a staff
of accountants providing accounting policy and guidance for the $13.5 Billion Transportation
Working Capital Fund (TWCF). He oversees a Joint Billing Center coordinating accurate and
timely billing of customers to ensure the liquidity of the TWCF in support the Defense
Transportation System. Additionally, he is responsible for the USTRANSCOM Annual
Statement of Assurance submission to Secretary of Defense.

LTC Reszka entered the military in 1994 as a Military Policeman, with his first assignment at
Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He served as a Military Policeman until May 2004, when he
transferred to his functional area, Comptroller. From May 2008 thru August 2009, LTC Reszka
served as the G8 for the 3d Sustainment Command Expeditionary in Balad, Iraq; coordinating a
$190 million budget and 1,700 contracts. LTC Reszka arrived at Scott Air Force Base in
September 2009 and has served as Congressional Actions Officer, Executive Officer, and now
Chief, Accounting Division.
