★ Seen more than 220,000 people through the gates. ★ Had more than 6,000 community volunteers help promote the Air Show cause and our sponsors. ★ Spent more than 36 hours in live interviews – both television/radio – during the week of Air Show. ★ Promoted the Show and sponsors through key events, promotions, collateral and the media. ★ Created more than 6,000,000 hits to the Oregon International Air Show website. ★ Averaged more than 3,000 direct radio promotions/month promoting Premier Sponsors. ★ Placed more than 75 news ads/month with local and national newspapers, promoting the Air Show, volunteerism and leading sponsors. ★ Total Air Show Donations 1988-2007: $1,007,883 to local charities and non-profits groups.

Chalet Opportunities
The exclusive front-row chalet village offers a private domain for watching the Air Show and is the perfect setting for entertaining clients, employees, friends and family. Chalets provide a shaded area for viewing the show as well as a private seating area with tables and chairs. You may decorate your area as you wish. Private restroom facilities are available for exclusive use by Chalet guests.
★ Chalet Package includes entrance to the Chalet, entrance to all
activities at the Air Show, VIP parking passes, chairs, tables, water cooler and trash containers.
★ Chalet Packages available for 75, 150 or 250 guests on Saturday
and/or Sunday. A Chalet Package through a President’s Club membership is also available.
★ Chalet Package includes basic menu provided by Reedville
Catering (food & soft drinks included). Upgraded menu options are available for an additional cost.
