Job Description
Position: Consultant / System Architect
Role: Diverse Role, with a great deal of flexibility.
The core responsibility will be in consulting with various
financial/banking organizations. This will require you to have solid
System Administration Skills, primarily with Microsoft Products.
You will have worked extensively with Microsoft Networking
technologies, as well as with Microsoft Exchange. In addition, you
will be able to troubleshoot issues from Microsoft Products.
The other major responsibility will require you to have experience
in designing requirement and specification documents for In House
projects. This will require you meeting with professionals from
other disciplines and drawing up solutions based on their input.
Good communication skills vital.
In addition you may be required to do some development work.
You will be responsible with liaising with development companies
to complete the projects which you have drawn the requirement
and specification documents for. This will require you having
extensive System Architect experience, and Team leader
experience in developing projects.
You will also be given a great deal of flexibility to develop
projects using ideas you have, and any input you have in
improving the company and its processes will be taken into serious

Skills Required
Technical Skills:
Extensive Design and Development experience in .NET
technologies (VB .NET, C# especially) and Visual Basic
Experience with UML and design Methodologies
Vast Experience in setup/configuration and Database and
application design for of SQL Server & Oracle
HTML, DHTML, ASP, Javascript, Web Development
technologies experience a huge plus
Deep understanding and Experience configuring and
troubleshooting Microsoft Products (Networking, Exhange,
Office products).
Commercial experience working with Object Orientated
design
Exposure/ Understanding of Financial markets/terminology a
huge plus.
Personal/Business Skills:
Understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
Superior communication, presentation, organizational
and planning skills. It is absolutely ESSENTIAL that
you feel comfortable talking to business users at a high
level.
Ability to work effectively and professionally with
employees at all levels of the organization.
Highly analytical, yet capable of breaking down
complex concepts into simple English.
Track record of delivering.
