I worked with the CTO and VP of Engineering to re-organize 35 Software/QA engineers and 4

product managers into cross-functional product teams handling multiple web hosting solutions

and infrastructure projects simultaneously. I served as scrum master for 4 cross-functional

product teams, selected/hired additional scrum masters, and trained a new team of product owners

in product management using Agile/Scrum. I facilitated trainings and workshops for executives,

teams, scrum masters, and product owners on the five levels of Agile planning, writing user

stories, effective backlog management, product visioning, product road-mapping, release

planning, and Agile prioritization techniques. I facilitated daily stand-up meetings, bi-weekly

iteration planning meetings, bi-weekly iteration retrospectives, and bi-weekly product demos for

four teams until scrum masters were hired. I hired new scrum masters and facilitated between

executives, stakeholders, engineers, and product owners to ensure that business objectives were

clearly defined and that goals were met. I mentored operational teams, architects, documentation

specialists and other shared services teams on Agile principles. Worked with Rally tool to train

product owners and scrum masters in backlog management and scrum metrics.

discovery workshops to identify necessary product features, determine relative feature priority,

and formulate implementation plans in the form of ranked / sized product backlogs of epics / user

stories. I hosted formal Agile and Scrum trainings. I presented team assessments, program level

assessments and project/program metrics to executives to help executives make staffing

decisions. I identified and trained team leaders, re-organized multiple teams to be cross-

functional, and ramped up the newly organized implementation teams using Agile/Scrum. I

mentored new product owners closely to help them create, prune, and triage product backlogs. I

mentored product owners on backlog management, product visioning, and effective story writing.

Agile/Scrum coach and trainer across the organization on a two person training team

alongside a seasoned Agile coach. I led scrum trainings, performed bi-weekly scrum
