Archive 8.0 combines robust check imaging technology with an advanced archive management tool
that scans, stores, indexes and retrieves check information and images. Each station on the network
can now retrieve the images and associated captured check data giving employees quick and efficient

Archive Plus 8.0 is a Microsoft Windows based scanning and complete archive management system

Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre Intranet System

The system is split up into three sections:

Public website (http://www.gspc.co.uk) :
Potential buyers can view and query all the currently available properties registered with GSPC and
take advantage of various free services provided by GSPC system i.e. free legal counseling,
mortgage rates, etc.. Potential home buyers can signup for the Online Property Matching Service by
which they receive regular updates about the new properties that are registered with GSPC system.
The GSPC system automatically generates these details about the new properties on daily basis.

Intranet (http://www.gspc.co.uk/intranet)
This is most crucial part of GSPC system designed for GSPC internal staff and GSPC registered
members. The entire back office of the operations are run on this system. Members can apply for
registration of their properties either by using Member section of Intranet system or directly via
email giving information about properties. There also exists is a stand-alone version of system used
by GSPC internal staff for property registration and property package creation (currently we are in
the process of developing the web version of this system) by which new properties are registered
with GSPC. The system encapsulates their two main business processes:

       Print Order System:
        A print package is created for each registered property which eventually is given to potential
        home buyers. This section helps in keeping track of each and every step of print package
        until it is shipped to members.

       Advertiser Order System:
        This section is used for creating advertising content for magazine published by GSPC on
        weekly basis which contains all their property listings.

This is content based management system known as SWS (Solicitor Web Services) by which the
various solicitor members of the GSPC system can launch their own site through GSPC system by

The system has been designed specifically for facility management professionals that require detailed

Behind the scenes, there are several modules built for the indiaconstruction staff. We have

meraPortfolio Portfolio Management System

www.meraportfolio.com is a portfolio services application that we provide to the stock brokers in
India so that he can provide value-added services to his clients. This is the current scenario in the
Indian stock market today. We have about 25,000 stock brokers all over India (as opposed to 25-50
brokers in USA). These brokers are running very old back office software mostly running in DOS.
This back office software maintains the contracts for all the trades done by their clients. Now there
are about 25 different software vendors that make this back office software. There is no automated
mechanism provided either by these software vendors or anyone else to publish the contract
information onto the web.

What we have done is made an interface for the brokers to upload their contracts (regardless of back
office software; we have made a COM component gateway for almost all of them) and have the
information made available to their clients. We keep a retrospective history of the contracts for 18
months for the clients. We go on to provide value added services to the clients such as what
amounts are due to the broker, net positions, portfolio composition, market value, scrip
performance, profit & loss (very complicated as it is based on the FIFO system unlike the US),
gainers, losers, highs, lows, charts, etc to clients based on the contracts that are uploaded daily. We
are the first & only site in India to do this. The strength of the site is two fold.

1) We have provided a gateway for the brokers from the existing back office software. Therefore
they don't have to change it. This piece is extremely complicated as we have to be compatible with
each and every format. We have implemented this section of the site in a COM component since it
is very transaction heavy.

2) The client enjoys all the value added services (like the ones provided by net trading companies in
US) even though he is trading offline. Even the net trading companies in India don't offer the
portfolio services and have approached us to buy the portfolio service piece.

We are working on an ASP (Application Service Provider) model, where the brokers pay a monthly
subscription fees. That way, we can charge a small amount of money to brokers, thereby getting a
very large volume. The thing that isn’t so apparent is that the entire site is very data oriented. The
clients really don't care so much for the looks as the information itself is of great importance. The
salient technical features which will be of interest to you are: 1) We can handle over a million
transactions a day; 2) Very large database and 3) Very computationally oriented. Based on the
contract information, we compute amount due, net positions, portfolio composition, profit & loss
which are all very complicated.

We have delivered a portfolio management system comparable to the US trading sites in terms of
complexity and depth. Also, it is these database strengths that come into play when designing
systems such as B2B portals and it is primarily because of these skills & experience, we are

Data Treasury agents (www.DTCAgents.com) is an online solution for resellers, agents of Data
Treasury Corporation (www.datatreasury.com) to manage their business. DTCAgents provides easy
enrollment for its clientele consisting of namely resellers and agents. DTCAgents provides
consistent credit decisions for the merchant applications submitted by resellers and their agents. The
complete system aims at providing quality and timely solutions to the clients. Complete sales
reporting, including residuals, profitability and application status are provided to the clients.

Three main services used by the clients are:

    1. Merchant Application: Agent, Resellers can submit a merchant application by filling the
       multi page application form available on the site. The complete merchant data in XML
       format is then forwarded by DTCAgent to an application processing bank, which reviews
       the applications.

    2. Check Application: When a client submits an application for check, the data in XML format
       is forwarded to a check processing company. The response of the company is then trapped
       by DTCAgents which is then conveyed to the clients.

    3. Lease Application: Lease application works same as the Check Application except that the
       response of Lease Company is in form of a mail which is parsed for a lease factor.

Given below is a feature list provided to the clients in addition to the above three services.

Application Tracking- The system provides the clients the complete status of all the applications
submitted by them.

Reports- A reporting tool is provided to the clients to monitor their sales reports including
commissions and residuals.

Online Store- A complete Ecommerce store is provided to the clients through which they can place

Behind the scenes DTCAgents has number of administrator logins. Master administrator can track
applications submitted by various clients while the Purchasing department can see various orders
placed by the clients, billing department can issue invoices for the orders. To help grow the business

Friendship Force International is a leading nonprofit international cultural exchange organization
headquartered in Atlanta. It promotes friendship and goodwill through an extensive program of
homestay exchanges.

FFIDO is designed to keep track of, and organize data related to these Exchanges. It provides
various tools to manage data related to all registered Members and Organizations taking part in the
Exchanges.

The Application provides different levels of access to different types of users. The types of users are
FFI Managers, FFI Employees, Club Officers and Club Members.

Lanyon NBTA Conformance Project (www.lanyon.com)

The project was basically to create an intuitive GUI that guides the user through the process of
inputting data into a web-based form, which resembles the current customer familiar NBTA
paper layout. The objective was to convert their existing screens and system to conform to the
new NBTA guidelines. The NBTA paper contract is broken down into 7modules. Each module
will be created as a separate form.

Style & Factor Analysis for Advisory World (www.advisoryworld.com)

This project is divided into two portions. The first portion involves performing Style Analysis on
their databases of 11,000+ Mutual Funds and 9,000 Stocks. Advisory World provided us with the
benchmark indices (asset classes for which we performed the style analysis against). The results were
then placed in a mySQL database format.

The second portion is the web enablement of the current PC based desktop applications Scan Data
& Analytics. The PC based application is used to search and sort through several fields of
information (including fund family name, objective, STYLE etc.) on each of the different mutual
funds and stocks. Once Mutual Funds and stocks are broken down to appropriate levels, detailed
Factor Analysis is performed. By detailed factor analysis I am referring to Beta/Alpha, Risk
Adjusted Performance, Correlation, Sharpe Ratio, XY Scatter Plotting and performance graphing.

marketing the interface for the providing same under an ASP model to other Real Estate brokers in
the state. At the heart of the system, is a download utility downloads the MLS data everyday and
uploads the data into the central database. The buyer can search for Listings by entering any search
criterion such as listings from a particular geographic area, in a particular price range, in a particular
property type, etc. on the simple or advanced search page of the site. The buyer can save his search
criterion and can select to have those search results sent to him everytime new listings fiiting the
criteria are loaded into the system.

Search criteria that can be entered for simple search are Price Range, City, Bed Rooms and Baths
these criterions are under Housing Information

For advanced search apart for the criteria mentioned in simple search, others search criteria that can
be entered for Housing Information are as Property Type, Building Size, Lot Size, Year Built,
Garage Capacity and Stories. For Location Information the fields are Tract Name, Tract Number,
Street Name, Street Number, Thomas Guide, Zip Code, MLS Listing #, MLS Tract Code, School
Name.

Buyers can make an appointment to view a Listing by simply filling in the details of the preferred
date and time.

The search criteria entered by a buyer can be stored as a search libraries for him which he can
execute any time without entering the same search criteria again, also he can register for automatic
email updates where in he will receive the top 10 results of his search library.

www.learnline.de Learnline is an educational site we are revamping the Editorship System
module. This module provides the user easy handling of their files, folders, images etc . The user
can create new files, rename existing files, delete files and create links in their HTML files to
link to other files. Basically the site allows the users to create their own files, (HTML files,
images, folders etc) on the internet . The users can choose from existing templates for doing so.
The users can also upload their own files if they have FTP access level.

The templates according to which the user can create his HTML files consist of special tags that
are either written by the Administrator of the system or by users who have FTP access to the
system. These tags allow users to include images, text boxes, links and repetition features in their
HTML files.

The site was previously implemented using Lasso as the front end and FileMaker as the back-
end. We are in the process of converting the existing system into JSP - mySQL combination and
replacing their existing template processor by a standard XSLT processor.

using ASP.NET framework with C# as the language. The forms have been developed by using
ASP.NET Web Forms and the user interaction is handled by using .NET's code behind feature i.e
All Business logic and data access code is written using C#. The user interface is created by using
Server Controls. We are using ADO.NET to connect to stored procedures in SQL Server 2000 and
for outbound emails we are using CDO for windows 2000. We also have a WIN32 console
application written in C# which is scheduled to run everyday.
