CitiGroup – CitiMortgage (Fulltime)                           Development Design Lead / Jan 09’ – Present
Parallel move within CitiMortgage as part of an organization change as a Development Design Lead in the Web/Middle
Office and Sales team. Provide design leadership on project and development processes. Aligning the development team
with architectural requirements on J2EE and web development guidelines. Planning strategic technical direction for the
web team and provide high-level and detail-level software analysis /design, and performance planning, SOA governance,
architectural proposals and proof of concepts. The role is to insure that proper design and development techniques are
applied across the application suite and are leveraged across all projects.

CitiGroup – CitiMortgage (Fulltime)                                           Sr. Team Lead/ Mar 08’ – Jan 09’
Moved from CitiFinancial Auto to CitiMortgage as a Sr. Technical Lead. I provide technical leadership for development
projects within Real Estate Lending. I work with the deliver team, along with onshore/offshore vendors to translate
requirements specifications into development architectures. I provide high-level and detail-level software analysis and
design, capacity and performance planning, SOA governance, architectural proposals and proof of concepts.

CitiGroup – CitiAuto (Fulltime)                                                    Team Lead/ Jan 03’ – Feb 08’
Working at CitiFinancial Auto, a subdivision of Citigroup, we specialize in Auto loan processing. We are responsible for
processing over 15,000 approved auto loan application a day coming in from major auto industries like Carmax, eLoan,
LendingTree, DealerTrack etc. We also manage our online application processing at www.citifinancialauto.com . To
complete the loan process we also package our and our specific partner loans with our internal In-house Fulfillment
process and send the loans to the applicants for the vehicle purchase. Currently we are a $60+ billion revenue generator
for CitiFinancial which is about 19% revenue contributor to the company.

After becoming fulltime employee, roles changed from Technical Lead to Team Lead. Responsibilities included governing
technical leads under my supervision on newer challenging projects. I handle most Java development so I was also
developing along with managing technical leads. Major achievements included bringing web services framework to the
AS400 for the first time using servlets and XML using Tomcat and Java DOM. Implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2003
Portal Server for Team Collaboration to upper management and stake holders and introducing sophisticated reporting
tools like InfoPath for the support team. I am also the point of contact for any subject matter expertise for any of our
legacy (VB/COM+) and new (.NET/C#) applications in our application architecture. Also worked on BizTalk 2004
implementation and installation on clustered environments. I have been the subject matter expert for CitiFinancialAuto
ecommerce department on BizTalk 2004. Worked on reconstructing our existing B2B legacy pipeline to be replaced with
BizTalk 2004 as our new ESB(Enterprise Service Bus) solution. Currently working on a new originations project named
Maverick that will combine all the pipelines into one using Tibco as ESB and Chordiant as the new originations and loan
servicing system for CitiFinancial Auto.

The responsibilities for this project change when required. Initially worked on Non-functional requirements for Use-Cases
from business, basically translating the use-cases to technical requirements. Then moved on to help with build
management, creating a combined code build from the different development teams into an integration stream and deploy
to integration WebSphere Server. Create the reference documentation for development workstations so they can setup
ClearCase and rebase machines. Setup WebSphere environment for development and integration. Install Chordiant
Decision Management application in integration. Worked on ESB components to interact Chordiant with TIBCO.


CitiGroup (Consultant)                                                      Technical Lead/ Jul 00’ – Dec2003
Currently working at CitiGroup Auto Finance division for ECommerce Auto Loans. N-Tier Projects include Online
Applications for ConfidentialLoan.com, DriveHome.com, Insight, Print Control and Security Model for all applications.
Technologies include VB6, ASP, DCOM, XML, Sun JAVA 2, SSL and SQL 7. Major tasks include the combination for two
different technologies Sun JAVA and Microsoft COM/DCOM. Sun on Presentation layer due to ease of deployment
through Java Web Start and functionality and Microsoft on Logic and Data layer, Transferring data with 128 bit SSL
Secure Encryption. This was done by creating a common bridge with use of XML for light weight data transfer between
the middle-tier. Insight, Print Control and Security Model are all JAVA thin client presentation applications which

communicate with the Microsoft DCOM objects. Designed other complex MTS Distributed Components for various utility
tasks such as CMSIConvert, a conversion utility and FileInfo for complex DLL searches and information. Also Created thin
client-server imaging application using Java Advanced Image 1.1.1 to manipulate TIFF images from RightFax Server.

Other duties included in managing some of our consultants. Responsibilities included in keeping their track records and
behavior at the client, meeting with them every week to see how they are coming along at work. Being in touch with them
via email and voice every other day on company updates. Help in diversifying and planning their future with new
technology and their future with the company.


Meristar(Consultant)                                                           Technical Lead/ May 00’ – Jul 00’
Worked on an Accounts Payable project at a Major Hotel Corporation. Responsible for technical lead decisions in a sub
project in the Accounts payable division of Construction, and is their go to person for technical solutions. Technology
involving the (n)-tier infrastructure for connecting 200+ hotels with a centralized Accounting System (Remote Accounting
System) across the WAN through out the Nation. Using Visual Basic 6.0 as the presentation, MTS (DCOM) as Business
Logic, SQL 7.0 and Oracle for the Data. This new system adds custom functionality to their current Lawson application.

Meristar(Consultant)                                   Senior Applications Developer / January 99’ – Jul 00’
Created multiple Service Applications to synchronize Oracle Accounting data in Lawson with data in SQL Server. Created
N-tier applications for Accounting, Security and Property Management using Visual Basic 6.0, MTS (Microsoft Transaction
Server) and SQL Server 7 and DCOM (Distributed Components). Have created numerous types of complex dynamic
SQL strings in stored procedures and triggers. Customized certain Visual Basic controls using the Windows API. I was
also required to create Visual Basic service Application to custom generate email files for other service applications to
upload to Oracle Database tables. Created a connection between SQL Server and Oracle using Linked servers so the
real-time data can be accessed from Oracle into SQL Server Stored procedures. Created shared components, which
were used for email, database and other shared functionality. Was also responsible for creating several small
applications for importing raw de-centralized data from emails and was responsible for centralizing the files into Oracle.
Helped customize applications(s) that used the ADO and Outlook Library and MS Exchange server to distribute files in
email attachments and update SQL Server and Access97 Databases. Also helped create numerous Dynamic Linked
Libraries (DLL’s), which help in parsing data in raw files and automate updates to the database.

Responsible for technical support, testing and documentation of Windows 95 and Windows 98. I have received
specialized training in the areas of customer care and service. Monitored product release issues, consulted with

Responsible for creating a client/server POS (Point-of-Sale) application using Visual Basic 5 and Access97 database. The
application would keep track of the daily sales, inventory and customer information for mailing. Created the application to
also keep track of Accounts Payables and Receivables and added the functionality for bar code scanners to improve
sales.
