               LANDMARK SERVICED OFFICES
Serviced offices, which also can be referred to as managed offices, are often
found in the business districts of cities around the world. Companies offering
serviced offices are generally able to offer more flexible rental terms, as
opposed to a conventional leased office which may require furnishing,
equipment, and more restrictive leases. Serviced office providers often allow
tenants to share business machines and other resources, providing reduced
costs and access to equipment which may either be economically inviable or
           unaffordable.

           Serviced Office Benefits include:
No / low start up costs
           Prestigious addresses
Flexible leasing with little notice (duration and size)
           Building maintenance is included
           Immediate availability
           Support staff available as needed
           Receptionist available
Modern fit-out and fully furnished offices

A virtual office is a combination of off-site live communication, and address
services that allow users to reduce traditional office costs while maintaining
business professionalism. The virtual office concept came from the
convergence of technological innovation and the Information Age. The term
“virtual office” implies space utilization, but a full application includes
           professional live communications.
