Wedding Menu









Welcome to the University Center

These menus are designed to introduce you to the food and beverage services offered by the

University Center. Please remember that this is only an example of what we can provide for your

special day. The Executive Chef and Catering Director will be happy to accommodate your menu

requests and assist you in planning your reception.



The staff at the University Center will work with you to determine the most appropriate room

for your reception. The Grand Banquet Hall can accommodate larger receptions; the Board of

Trustees Room, which over looks the outdoor terrace and lake, can accommodate smaller, more

intimate receptions.

Additional Information

Holding Space

Once availability is confirmed, at your request,

the date will be put on a complimentary hold for one (1) week.





Deposit and Payments

Should you choose to hold your event at the University Center,

the following deposits will be required:

Within one (1) week of reservation: 25% or room fee; whichever is greater

Three (3) months prior to event: 50% of estimated cost

One (1) month prior to event: 100% of estimated cost

A credit card authorization form is required to cover all expenses.

Upon receipt of the initial deposit and signed contract,

the University Center will consider the reservation confirmed.





Minimum Sales Requirements

A minimum amount of sales is required to reserve either the Banquet Hall or Board of Trustees

Room. Sales include fees for service charges, rooms, furnishings, food, beverages,

and personnel; sales do not include sales tax. If you do not meet the minimum requirements,

we will upgrade your event in order to meet the designated amounts.
