and i'd like to share with you this excel file i've been using during the last months of my
diet blogging experiment.
I've done some researches with google and i've found an excellent resource The hacker's diet.

The Hacker's diet is complete method to loose weight and it's much more complete and detailed than my blog.
If you are serious about weight, have a read about it and consult a specialist!
The hacker's diet produced an interesting excel document, which is extremely complete, but for my
need was too detailed. So i've got some parts of it and i've redone the rest to suit my need.
What will you find inside ?
Target Weight: Taken from the hacker's diet, it's a tool that show your "normal" weight.
Diet Logger It's where you record your daily weight. Get a good scale and write down those decimals!
Weight & trend A graph to show you how your weight loss is going. I took the "trend" from the hacker's diet but i don't
know what used for.
Variance This graph will show you the of gain or loss weight difference daily
