Christmas Cake
Ingredients:
Honey - 75ml
Milk - 200ml
Flour - 500g
Seedless raising - 150g
Nuts - twenty (20)
Eggs - five (5)
Sugar - 150g
Jam - 400g
To make:
Put the flour in a big dish, powder a little salt on it. Add the eggs and the milk, then mix
themm. Add the seedless raising and the diced nuts. Blend everything gently. Pour the
honey and add the sugar. Blend everything. Give a good kneading to the dough and then
add the jam. Blend it again gently.
To cook:
Put it in a tin. Bake it in the oven for half an hour. Take it out of the oven and allow to
cool. Put it on a serving dish.
