Chapter 11 Exercises: Exact Time Series Analysis

First, you will be creating a chart of the exact times of cases in a given pattern. In the Time Series Tables and

Charts tab, complete the table with the appropriate values of military time and the rounded values. Then

complete the table with the appropriate counts for each hour (number of cases with times falling in that hour).

Next, go to the Day of Week Table and Chart tab, highlight the table to create a column chart of the exact day of

week analysis. Format and print out the chart to turn it in.

Finally, go to the Time of Day Day of Week tab, and complete the table with the appropriate counts from the data

matrix for both time of day and day of week. Once that is complete highlight the count table and create a 2-D

surface chart depicting both the time of day/day of week chart. Format and print out the chart to turn it in.
