Development and maintenance of the SRBV Trainee Database, the
SRBV Complaints Database and the Register of Licensed
Surveyors through the SRBV Online Database Interface;
Development and maintenance of the SRBV website;
Provide advice and support to Trainees, Supervising Surveyors,
Examiners and Moderators in the implementation and processing
of Professional Training Agreements (PTA) and Folios;
administer and maintain the Board’s records and databases
pertinent to trainees;
Provide written information to SRBV on training and
professional development of trainees’ PTA’s, projects and
folios;
Communicate and liase effectively as required with the
Executive Officer and staff from the Surveyor-General Victoria
and Auditor-General on SRBV financial matters;
Prepare end of financial year reports for examination by the
Auditor-General and preparation of the SRBV annual report
financial statements;
Prepare monthly financial reports for SRBV Board meetings and
monitor SRBV budget;
Responsible for the safeguarding and integrity of the SRBV
MYOB financial system;
Responsible for all banking; general ledger entries; all bank,
credit card and investment statements, reconciliations and end
of month accrual reconciliations.

Tattersalls gaming club, sports stadium, and two retirement
villages. Reportable to company accountant and director. Resigned
from position to accept Lion Nathan Group offer of employment.
