History background
Stinky tofu have many origination. This is one of the origin stinky tofu. Kangxi
years, a student came to Beijing for an examination . Unfortunately he fail, and he
have no money to return. All he can do is stay and wait for next examination. He
living , and he sold tofu in here. One day, there are many remained tofu. He adds
some salt , chili powder and anise. Through long time, he opened the seal pot and
the tofu had become stinky. He try to tasted it and surprisingly it is delicious. From
that time, stinky tofu’s reputation has spread to this day.
Prepared and Ingredients
Frying the tofu, then dig out a hole in the tofu. Adding the soy sauce paste,
spring onions, chili sauce and pickles.

taxi company is bus stop. Take the NO.5 bus and get off at the Minzu Rd. stop. Then
