Zimbra Mail
Zimbra is an innovative new collaboration and messaging application that features a unified
system for email, calendaring, document collaboration and contact management. Zimbra
dramatically improves the way people manage and organize their email workflow by allowing
single-location access to multiple email accounts, calendars and address books. Built using
open-source technology, users access Zimbra from their current preferred email client
(Microsoft Outlook, Safari etc.) or from a webmail interface. Zimbra also supports smart phone
and mobile devices availability to synchronize everything.
Email Administration
Each Zimbra account, comes with one Administrative Email Account. To add additional mailboxes
to the Zimbra email account, you must add the additional users to the Zimbra mailbox through the
support tools interface, before adding each user inside the Collaboration Suite..

Once logged into the interface, select the Login Interface with your appropriate Yellow book Group ID and
Password link, for extra security. The session will time out every 10 minutes if no activity.

Account Management
Yellowbook has an interface that can be used to perform multiple tasks for their users. Each group can
access the Account Management Interface to manage their customer base.
Account Administration
You may use the Account Administration section to add Zimbra Mailbox users to the account:
Enter your customers userid in the “Account Userid” field, this userid can be found using the client
search tool. Select “Go”.

Adding Zimbra Mailboxes
All Zimbra accounts come with (1) Administrative mailbox. All user mailboxes must be added to the
account manually through this tool, before being added to the Collaboration Suite as a user.
To enable additional Zimbra Mailboxes, perform the following procedure within the Edit Account
Information window:
1. Select the “Show Additional Products” button.
2. The window will refresh with a new screen.

ADD YOUR COMMENT
ADD ID
To add additional Zimbra Mailboxes, perform the following procedure within the Additional Products
window:
1. Add a comment, in the “Change Comment” field, including your YB Employee ID, in the “ID
Salesperson” field.
2. Add the number of Zimbra Mailbox users
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select, the “update” button.
4. Enter the Yellow book Collaboration Suite to add your specific users using the URL:
NOTE: See the highlighted box listed above. Do not make changes to the Additional IPs
section of this tool or it will negatively effect changes to the account.

Yellow book Zimbra Email Administration
Open the Yellow book Collaboration Suite
URL: https://webmail.ybbizclassemail.com
Enter the following login information and click “Log In”
1. Username: Account ID and Email address, ex: te3465@test-ybz1.com
2. Password: Password which was submitted when the account was established
3. The Zimbra mailbox will appear.

Add Users
To add additional Zimbra Mailboxes within the Zimbra Collaboration , perform the following procedure
within the Additional Products window:
1. Select the Domain Admin link in upper right hand of mailbox.
2. Select New
3. Enter the User email ID
4. Enter the Users Name
5. Select the “Starter” radio button
6. Complete contact information including Password.
NOTES: Password criteria; Minimum password length is 8 characters, consisting of: minimum 1 upper
case character, minimum 1 lower case character, minimum 1 punctuation symbol, and a minimum of 1
numeric character.
7. Select “Finish” and you will see a confirmation screen showing you that your email account has been
created.
Continue steps 1 – 7 for each User.
