Liver Cleanse Recipe
1 tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil (get at the grocery store)
1 tablespoon of 100% lemon juice (no preservatives)
1) Take the cold pressed olive oil and lemon juice first thing in the morning before you have food or
anything to drink.
2) Do this every morning for ten days straight then STOP.
3) After taking the olive oil and lemon juice, you may eat or drink as you usually would during the
course of the day.
4) Do this cleanse every three months. Remember to do it for 10 days straight then stop.
5) Will help determine your health for the upcoming winter months.
6) Do the Liver Cleanse when you have a few days off. May cause more frequent trips to the rest room.
