* This is a 1 year contract between you the (Customer) and RLS2000.COM INC. The fees the Customer will be paying are to lease, design and host the site, and is renewable at the end of
the contract at the same rate. If canceled before the contract expires, the Customer must give a 30 day written notice, and the customer agrees to pay any balance due in full at the time of
termination. The website and any database material will be returned to RLS2000.COM INC. if the customer chooses not to renew. After the customer signs this agreement and the design of
the site has started, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED and the contract will start. The Customer gives RLS2000.COM INC. permission to download and maintain all your listings from MLS and
put them into RLS2000.COM INC. websites. The Customer also agrees that any office or agent listings on your website will also be viewed on the RLS2000.COM INC. website and other
RLS2000.COM INC. Real Estate customer websites. Please note your phone number will not appear on other RLS2000.COM Real Estate customer websites!
The Customer agrees not to hold RLS2000.COM INC., its subsidiaries, employees and agents liable from any claims, damages, arising from mistakes, accidents, omissions, interruptions,
delays, errors
