1. Please indicate if you would consider issuing regular checks on your Global Express Trust Account
(or equivalent) to inmates released from the County Jail instead of Global Express Money Orders.

2. Clarify the request on page 17, No. 9: "Provide...average financial condition ranking as provided to
the bank by the Office of the Treasurer". Exactly what rating or ranking and from what regulator do
you require? We can't identify a specific ranking under the wording of the RFP.

3. The 790 items listed for the Inmate Account as "ARP AUTO CLIENT/RCRD" do not appear
consistent with any activity on the DDA statements that you provided for that account. Please explain
or clarify.

4. Recon Check Sort. The Payroll Account should show a volume of 1, instead of 8. Therefore, the
Total Items for Recon Check Sort should be 3.

5. ACH Monthly Maintenance. Shown on the proposal form is a volume of 1 on the Disbursement
Account; however, ACH Monthly Maintenance is also on the Payroll Account. Therefore, the Total
Items for ACH Monthly Maintenance should be 2.

7. Please confirm the number of copies of the Proposal that should be submitted, as the Checklist on page
3 states three Copies (Original + 2), while the Proposal Forms sheet on page 16 says that only two
copies are required.
Answer: Please submit three (3) copies. Original + two (2) copies.
8. The last date to submit inquiries/questions on the RFP is November 5, 2010 as per the Schedule of
Events on page 4. However, under Terms and Conditions, page 10, questions can be submitted and be
received "no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the closing date for proposal submittal"; that
would be, until November 9. Please confirm which date applies.
Answer: November 9, ten calendar days prior to bid closing date, is the appropriate date.
