                               FINANCIAL ANALYST

This position will oversee grants utilized for state and local government emergency programs in
compliance with HUD's Community Development Block Grant program and state regulations
and policies. The position requires a motivated self starter to perform under limited supervision.
The primary role of the position is to assist the financial manager and other analysts in the
accounting, auditing and reporting functions of the organization. Duties include all phases of
accounting. Qualifications include a degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience,
minimum of three years previous accounting experience, demonstrated communication and
organization skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. Examples of work
include monitoring of accounting procedures and reconciliations. A working knowledge of
grants management is a plus. Statewide travel may be required in this position.
