Eric Green
Senior Partner, FriedbergMilstein
Eric Green is Senior Partner of FriedbergMilstein, LLC. Prior to joining FriedbergMilstein, he spent 20
years financing middle-market companies having completed more than $5 billion worth of debt and private
equity transactions.
Mr. Green joined FriedbergMilstein in December 2003 having been a Partner at JP Morgan Partners
(formerly Chase Capital Partners), a $19 billion private investment firm, since 1998. Mr. Green was Co-
head of JP Morgan Partners' mezzanine and financial services investment practices that invested over $1
billion, and was instrumental in the development of JP Morgan's $2 billion CLO business (Octagon
Investment Partners), for which he structured, managed, and helped raise capital. He also served as a
member of Octagon's Board and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Partners, he spent eight years at BNP Paribas (formerly Paribas) as a managing
director and senior member of its Merchant Banking Group, developing an integrated leveraged finance
business involving senior loans, mezzanine, and growth equity investments. While at Paribas, he raised and
was responsible for as Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee member, a $750 million CDO
(Paribas Capital Funding) to support these activities.
Previously, Mr. Green held various positions at GE Company (in business development and finance) and
GE Capital, where he was trained as an asset based lender. He is a graduate of GE's Financial Management
Program.
Mr. Green has served as an advisor, director, and representative to numerous private and public company
boards. He currently sits on the board of Hanger Orthopedic Group and is a member of the Board of
Trustees of the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.
Mr. Green is a graduate of Wabash College with a B.A. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the
Stern School of Business at New York University.
Timothy J. Walsh
Partner, JPMorgan Partners
Timothy Walsh is currently a Partner in the New York office of JPMorgan Partners. He focuses on making
investments in industrial companies and has been responsible for JPMP's investments in the chemicals,
basic manufacturing, consumer products and packaging sectors. Prior to joining JPMP in 1993, Mr. Walsh
worked on various industry-focused client teams within The Chase Manhattan Corporation.
Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He serves on
the board of directors of Better Materials and Aggregates, KRATON Polymers, MetoKote, Pliant and PQ
Corporation.

Urs Wietlisbach
Founder and Managing Partner, Partners Group
Urs Wietlisbach is a founder of Partners Group and has held various positions as the firm has grown. He
currently serves as the firm's Executive Vice-Chairman and is a member of the Private Equity Investment
Committee. His primary focus has been on the deal generation, business development, and institutional
clients & key accounts relationship management side of the business. Prior to founding Partners Group, he
worked as a corporate banker at Credit Suisse and in institutional sales at Goldman Sachs & Co. He was in
New York and London with Goldman Sachs before returning to Zurich as Executive Director in charge of
building up the institutional sales desk. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University
of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
Joseph A. Kaufman
Senior Vice President, TCW/Crescent Mezzanine IV
Senior Vice President of TCW/Crescent Mezzanine IV, L.L.C. Prior to joining TCW/Crescent in 2005,
Mr. Kaufman was a Managing Director of Canterbury Capital Partners for four years. Prior thereto, Mr.
Kaufman was a Director with Paribas Capital Funding LLC from 1996 to 2001, an Associate with Citicorp
Securities, Inc. for three years and a Senior Associate and Certified Public Accountant with Coopers &
Lybrand from 1987 to 1991. Mr. Kaufman received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania and his B.B.A. from the School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at
Amherst.
