They are

often called

the “unsung

heroes” of

health care

You won’t find them in the operating

room doing complex surgery or in a cath

lab repairing a damaged heart. Yet each

day, they play an equally vital role in

saving patients’ lives.

We count on them to help keep us

healthy, to make the difficult diagnoses

that may result in referrals to the best

specialists and to offer a comforting

word when even the best of medical

science cannot fix our problems.

Saint Luke’s Health System is proud of

this special group of physicians who

form the very foundation of our health

care delivery system — our primary care

and internal medicine physicians. If you

don’t have a relationship with a Saint

Luke’s primary care physician, perhaps

it’s time to consider one.

To find a Saint Luke’s Medical

Group physician and schedule an

appointment, call 816-932-6220.
