Pay as you go support

Overview

Pay as you go support is a convenient and economical way of any skater

accessing superior sports science support. A range of services are offered and

skaters can select the product or type of assistance which will specifically help

them to enhance their performance and overcome any barriers they are

facing. The pay as you go support is designed to provide the “skater-coach-

parent team” with access to exceptional sports science assistance as and

service and full written guidelines. On application skaters also have the option

to request a telephone consultation with a member of TSA staff on receipt of

their product or service. The range of services includes; periodised training

plans; strength training plans; anaerobic and aerobic fitness training plans;

plyometric training plans; flexibility training plans; problem move analysis and

prescriptive reports; video analysis and reports; IJS programme reviews and

advice; sports nutrition plans; sports psychology training and fitness testing.
