Monday, September 8th and November 10th • $30
Sorry you don’t get to stomp the grapes but 30 of us will spend a few hours on the evening of September 8th at the
Winemakers Guild, 6528 Riverside Drive, Dublin, Ohio. We’ll sample quality homemade red and white wines along with
appetizers. Later, under the careful guidance of proprietor Claude Dixon, who will explain the art, and yes the science,
behind home wine-making, we will start the process of making our very own CSC vintages, both red and white.
In November (2 months later), we will again meet, taste some fall and holiday wines, then bottle our special CSC
labeled vintages. You will receive one bottle of each, red and white, to add to your cellar as well as the experience and
knowledge of making your own wines. (Michelle and Doug made a batch for their wedding).
Signups start at the July meeting. Don’t delay. This will fill up fast. Doug & Michelle Rhees will host. Contact in-
