RESOLUTION NO.01 S 2011
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCILOR PERLA E. RUBIO of City of
Malaybalay to allocate an amount of P3,000 more or less for one roll of rubberized floor mat.
WHEREAS, pupils will learn more if the room is conducive to learning.
WHEREAS, it would be better if the floor is not cold whenever pupils are barefooted.
WHEREAS, due to the meager income of parents, they cannot afford to contribute for the
purpose.
WHEREAS, your assistance will greatly augment our need to improve the learning of our pupils.
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of the Homeroom Vice President Danilo Erecilla and seconded
by everybody present to request the Honorable City Councilor Perla E. Rubio to allocate an
amount of P3,000 more or less for the purchase of rubberized floor mat.
