    PROJECT OUTLINE:
     Induction heating offers a controllable and localized method of
     contactless heating of conductive parts. The heat is generated by
     inducing an alternating magnetic field into electrically conductive
     materials, hereby creating eddy currents in the part itself. Joule resistive
     losses are responsible for the temperature increase.
     This project aims at fabricating a low power induction heater to
     investigate the effect. The response of different materials will be
     studied.
