provided to the undersigned for personal screening and private, non-commercial exhibition. This
videocassette copy may not be exhibited commercially, broadcast on cable or over the air
television, released on public access cable, in festivals, award competitions, or in any media
whatsoever in whole or part for any purpose without the express written consent

In addition, the content of the Digital copy (DVD) will not be altered in any manner
except to excerpt scenes for an actor or editor demo reel for use by agents or managers in
accordance with the above limitations.
