Short Notice Invi ti ng Quotation
Sealed quotations are invited on behalf of President of India from on item rate
basis for the work/ items noted below, so as to reach to undersigned on or before
28.02.2009 by 3:00 PM.
The quotation shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. The quotation should
be subscribed as “Quotation for “Fixing of bakelite sheet for exhaust fan”.
NAME OF WORK: C/o Integrated Complex for Delhi Judicial Academy and National
Law School and National Institute for Mediation and conciliation
at Sector-14, Dwarka, Phase-II, New Delhi. (SH : Fixing of bakelite
sheet for exhaust fan).

TERMS AND CONDITION :-
1. The work shall be carried out as per direction and satisfaction of
Engineer-in-Charge.
2. No T & P shall be issued to the contractor.
3. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of work.
4. All the material shall be get approved from the Engineer-in-Charge.
5. Any damage made to the building/equipment will be made good by the contractor at his
risk and cost.
6. Time allowed for the work is 5 days.
