___________________________has my permission to leave campus during the school
day to report to work at Montgomery Jr. High School, Montgomery Middle School,
Montgomery Intermediate School and Montgomery Elementary School.
I understand that he/she will be expected to check in with Mrs. Bolfing before leaving on
the bus and will immediately report back to Mrs. Bolfing in rm#122K once returning to
the High School. I will abide by all school rules while out of the building.
I also understand that violating any school rules could result in being removed from
his/her Culinary Art Class.
