STOP DHCR FROM WRECKING AFFORDABLE HOUSING
DHCR is proposing changes to regulations which will make it even easier to evict rent stabilized tenants by claiming “demolition” and which do not adequately protect tenants who are forced to relocate. Join us in letting DHCR know that these regulations should not be adopted. Remind DHCR they are supposed to preserve housing, not faciliate its destruction.
STOP THE DEMOLITION OF RENT STABILIZATION
