 For any type of returns, a RMA number is required. Without a RMA number, any return will be REJECTED.

Or we will not responsible for knowledge of received.

 To obtain a RMA number, you MUST fill out this RMA request form COMPLETELY. And fax along copy

or copies of invoice w/attached serial number. A RMA number will be issued within 48 hours.

 We will “NOT” response to any none solar region usa RMA form, “OR” incomplete request of RMA apply,

 A RMA number is valid for 15 days only. Once a RMA number is received, please print the RMA number

clearly on the surface of the shipping box and send your return immediately. Without a legible RMA number

on the box, your return will be refused. Please do not send any accessories along with the item.

Solar Region will not be responsible for lost of accessories.

 For any DOA (Dead/Defect on Arrival) merchandise customer MUST claim the defects and request a RMA

number within 14 days after the merchandise was received. (Physical damaged must report within 24 hours)

Items must in its original packaging with complete accessories or it will be refused.

 RMA merchandise required 30 working days before they can send back to the customers, except (DOA)

products.

Please make a copy of this form for future convenient use.
