GROUP PROFILE
It gives us immense pleasure to give you some outline idea of our organization. This company was
started by our father Shri Ramanbhai V. Shah. He has started his life serving Lalbhai Group from 1939
till his life, i.e 2004, during span of 66 years he has gained highest faith and respect from Lalbhai
family.
Our family business started in the year 1946. Initially, our main focus was in Non ferrous metal and
their semis. We have privileged to supply to leading industries in Gujarat.
After entering our new generation in the trade in the year 1966 we have added different feathers in
our hat. We got different distributorships in different branches. Some of our principles are:
1) Owens Corning (I) Ltd. – A company engaged in Fibre Glass who has taken over M/s. Saint
Gobain Vetrotex.
2) Bakelite Hylum Ltd. – For their products like Decolam, Decoboard, Decolite, Resins etc. At
present they are not manufacturing resins.
3) Caprihans India Ltd. – For their Blister Film and their PPGL sheets.
4) India Gypsum Ltd. – A division of Saint Gobain Ltd for false ceiling & partition board.
5) ASHLAND (I) P. LTD. – A company engaged in Resins and Adhesives manufacturing.
6) SAINT GOBAIN TECHNICAL FABRICS – A company engaged in Fiber Glass Yarns, laid Scrims,
Geo-grids, Mesh Fabrics etc.
Along with agencies we have entered in industrial construction business. We are renowned

With the entry of our third generation in the business at the time of globalization and at the time
when India is emerging as powerful country in the globe, we had decided to do the business in a
more sophisticated and scientific way. We have full flagged well equipped office with all required
amenities. We have godowns inside and out side octroil limits with all facilities.
Our recent venture was in 2008. We started a weaving unit of glass fiber and now upgrading it into
different types of hi-speed looms and coating plant.
It is a tradition of our family to do the business with truth, honesty &sincerity which our grandfather
has taught us.
