Fundraising Swiss Scouting Facts
We have received £1000 from the Warley The first Scout group in Switzerland was

Scouting is Growing
In 2007 UK Scouting grew by an extra 15,000 and waiting lists have grown by an extra 3,000.
The extra 15,000 is made up of 13,500 young people and 1,500 adult helpers.
The national press announced that “Scouting is cool again”

The biggest increase in young people in 2007 was in the 14-18 yrs age group.
There are now 465,000 young people involved in UK Scouting plus 100,000 Adult volunteers.
