HOW THE NATIONAL LEAD SYSTEM WORKS
The iGROUP National Lead System provides quality leads to agents by using a client mail in request. Once monthly, the iGROUP mails a letter to new homeowners. The letter offers homeowners a chance to receive additional information on mortgage insurance which will help protect their family against unforeseen loss. Home owners interested in more information can complete the information portion of the letter and reply back in a self addressed/paid envelope. Each letter is coded with a unique identifier that lets us know what agent that lead belongs to. LEADS AT COST All mailings are done at cost plus a nominal processing fee. Unlike many lead companies we do not sell leads by the lead and resell leads multiple times. The iGROUP mails out exclusively for agents and lets the agent benefit from higher returns. FOR AGENTS Agents can now have a reliable and cost effective source of leads. Because the iGROUP National Lead System is a non-profit service, agents are assured of getting quality leads at the best price. Any contracted agent doing business with an iGROUP office is eligible to order. Simply select a county, and quantity of mailings and let iGROUP NLS do the rest. FOR MARKETERS The key to success is more sales. Every successful marketing company knows that building an organization starts with helping agents sell more. The iGROUP National Lead System can give agents the tools to consistently increase production. Marketing companies can order leads on behalf of their agents and receive a volume discount.
EASY TO ORDER Ordering leads has never been easier. Simply send in the enclosed order form with your payment. Upon receipt of your order we will email you confirmation. Once the lead order is processed and mailed, we will again send you a confirmation. EASY TO RECEIVE LEADS All client responses are faxed to the agent the same day. If you do not have a fax number we will mail you the responses.

THE iGROUP NLS GUARANTEE
iGROUP will give a one-time guarantee of 1% return on the national mortgage lead system. The one time guarantee applies to agents with first time orders only. Since the Mortgage Lead Generation System is a Non-Profit system, iGROUP cannot guarantee returns on any other orders.
How the guarantee works. If a first time mailing returns less than 1%, iGROUP will give the agent a partial refund of cost equivalent to a 1% return. For example, if a 1000 pieces are mailed and only 9 returns are received then a refund or credit of $53 will be given. A full 30 day cycle must elapse before any refunds are calculated. No Duplicate Lead Guarantee iGROUP will not duplicate and redistribute leads to any other agent, other than the agent having purchased the original mailing. No Duplicate Mailing Guarantee iGROUP will not duplicate mail using the same list in the same month. Once an agent has reserved a mailing, iGROUP guarantees complete exclusivity to that agent on that mailing list. Any and ALL returns from that mailing are guaranteed to the purchasing agent. Low Return Areas iGROUP at its sole discretion may decline to mail in any area that has experienced low returns.
