Athletic Training Experience
1997 – Pres. Head Athletic Trainer, Dakota State University
Solely responsible for all operations of running a successful Athletic Training
program at a NAIA Div. II college level for 12 years.
Developed the DSU Athletic Training program and facility into one of the
best in the DAC 10 and NAIA.
Perform outreach for area high schools through the Orthopedic Institute in
Sioux Falls, SD.
Provide home and away game coverage for all college events and select
Madison High School events.
Provided the community of Madison a well needed contact in the field of
Sports Medicine.
Fundraised over $3000.00 per year for last 3 years to assist with operational
expenses.
In process of implementing affiliated site agreement between SDSU and DSU.
Built solid rapport with all athletes, parents, and community.
1995 – 1997 Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer, South Dakota State University
Responsible for training room coverage for all sports and Head Graduate
Athletic Trainer for women’s volleyball and baseball during first year of
assistantship.
