Scope:

The Conference will cover all aspects of theory, processing, fabrication,

structure/property evaluation and applications of materials including metallic

as well as powdered and composite materials.



Venue

The Conference will be held in Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University

at the address: Polytekhnicheskaya str., 29, Main Building, Conference Hall

(Metro station "Polytekhnicheskaya").

 Theory, simulation and technological processes of manufacturing and

processing of metals, powdered and composite materials

 Metal forming (forging, sheet and bar rolling), pipes manufacturing

 Nanotechnologies in metallurgy

 Materials science and thermo-mechanical processing of metals

 Advanced methods of diagnostics, evaluation and prediction of materials

and products characteristics

 Environment and resources saving technologies in metallurgy



Important dates:

15.05.2011 – deadline for abstract submission (1-2 pages of А4 size in Word)

01.06.2011 – deadline for abstract review

05.06.2011 – submission of full papers



Instructions to prepare abstract and manuscript:



The manuscript of paper (oral/poster) submitted for inclusion in the

AMMT’2011 program will be reviewed by the Program Committee for the

technical merit. Manuscript length is limited to 12 pages of text with pictures,

graphs and tables (bmp or jpg) of 11-pt Times New Roman font with single line

spacing, page margins-2 cm from both sides. Title must be centered in bold

14-point Times New Roman font. 2nd line in bold font - the names and initials

of authors; 3rd line-country, organization, email address (normal font).

The text in normal font follows after one blank line.



Name of the text file should contain the name and initials of the first author.



Proceedings will be published and also presented on the CD



Printed copy of the Proceedings of the conference will be available upon prior

request from the Organizing Committee.

Registration fee:

 before 1.6.2011 - €500 (USD 650)

After 1.6.2011 only onsite registration

 onsite registration - €550 (USD 700)



Registration fee for students, postgraduates - €250 (USD 330)

Accompanying persons - €150 (USD 200)
