What We Ask of our
Network Realty Brokers
Simply cover the cost required to setup your exclusive marketing
position. A $249 graphics setup fee will be assessed for each
county or parish chosen as an exclusive marketing territory.
Network Brokers are required to provide all homebuyers generated
through our websites a free one year home warranty.
Transactional Service Providers are required to provide a discount off
their normal fees or a value added benefit. Local lender/brokers are
required to provide a free appraisal to homebuyers generated by our
websites.
Network Brokers and all agents profiled on our agent search directory
will be required to prominently place Smart Rate banner ads, and/or
make their website mortgage center a direct link to
VirtualLoanShopper.com.
Network Brokers are asked to refer their preferred service providers to
advertise in the county/parishes in which the broker has chosen for
exclusive marketing. These service providers gain from direct
advertising and the network broker’s referral of the clients generated
by our web sites. The increased sales of the broker will result in an
increase in the number of transactions that the broker refers to their
preferred service provider team.
Advertising for these services providers is also free of charge. A
