We use the following 4 step process: 1. Determine if our two companies are a good fit a. Client Brief - To be efficient, we ask our clients for overview information about their business requirements. These details will help us to focus in on your specific needs during our initial meeting. Please fill in the form provided below and feel free to add other information you feel will help us hone in on your needs and how we may be of service. b. Initial Meeting(s) – Assuming the client brief indicates a good possible match, we meet with key stakeholders to discuss your strategic objectives, issues and opportunities; current business development activities (what’s working and what isn’t) and your vision for your company’s future. The purpose of these meetings is to identify the scope and nature of your requirements so we can determine further fit and next steps.

Assuming in-depth analysis or market research is required to determine the marketing solution(s) you need, we will provide you with a quote for that analysis. If the solutions you require are simple, we will simply provide you with a quote for the work to be done.
2. Establish project scope and requirements a. Project Requirement Analysis – We contract to work with you to determine project scope and requirements. The end product is a project plan document that presents our strategy recommendations, project outline, projected rough budget, and tactical steps. At this point you can hire us to implement your marketing strategy, or, if you choose, use your project plan as a “Scope of Work” or “RFP” document for tendering to other service providers.
3. Implement your marketing solution a. Documentation and Analysis – Complete in-depth market and competitive analysis, creative brief, project specifications and timelines for implementation of your marketing solution. Manage execution - Assemble creative and technical team specific to your project requirements, manage project using our Phased Project Methodology that has enabled us to consistently complete our projects on schedule and on budget.

4. Strategic Review a. Monitor and Measure Results – Review benchmark objectives regularly to ensure our solutions are effective. Adjust implementation as required if objectives and benchmarks are not being met or exceeded. b. Strategic Review - Meet with client at regular intervals to review strategies and determine future direction.
