TO CAROLINA FIRST CENTER

Non-Selling Environment Features Alternative Fuel Vehicles, Ride & Drives and More



GREENVILLE, S.C. – (December 15, 2010) The 2011 South Carolina International Auto Show drives automotive

excitement into the Carolina First Center, Friday, January 14 through Sunday, January 16 with hundreds of the latest

cars, crossovers, trucks and more. From pre-production models to the latest alternative fuel vehicles, this automotive

extravaganza offers the opportunity for families, car fanatics and consumers in the market for a new car to see the

newest advancements in a no pressure atmosphere.





Attendees are invited to check out all the latest vehicles in a non-selling environment, sit behind the wheels, inspect

engines, learn about new fuel-saving automotive technologies and even take a test drive in new models. Cruise

around the auto show floor and check out the latest hybrids and electric-powered vehicles including the plug-in

electric Chevrolet Volt, Honda CR-Z, Lincoln MKZ and more. The auto show will also feature hot pre-production

models including the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, 2012 Ford Focus, 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302, 2012

Buick LaCrosse with eAssist and more.





Showgoers are invited to hop behind the wheels of the latest models from Chevrolet, Buick and GMC at the

Experience the Drive Ride & Drive. More than a dozen new model vehicles will be available for test drives including

the Chevrolet Camaro, Chevrolet Cruze, Chevrolet Equinox, Buick Enclave, GMC Acadia, GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid

and more. Ride and drive hours are Friday, January 14 through Sunday, January 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.





Eye-popping airbrush designs on the “American Pride” Camaro will amaze showgoers in the Chevrolet display.

This special Camaro features stunning airbrush treatment that transforms a 2011 Camaro into an artistic tribute to

American history and its military heroes.

Attendees will get an up-close look at highly customized SEMA vehicles including the Chevrolet Silverado ZR2

Concept. With a widened body and 35-inch off-road tires, this truck is ready to hit the berms, dry washes and gullies

of the Baja Peninsula. Featuring carbon fiber inside and out and a 550-horsepower supercharged engine, this is one

capable off-road vehicle.

part of the Source Interlink Companies, Inc. The auto show will be open to the public Friday, January 14 through

Sunday, January 16, at the Carolina First Center, located at One Exposition Avenue, Greenville.



Show hours are Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $8 for

adults, $5 for students (with ID), senior citizens (62 and older) and children ages 7-12. Children six and younger are
