MARKETING INTERN DESCRIPTION:
- Marketing Intern will be involved in and assist with the development,
implementation, and execution of marketing plans created for client projects as
well as Facility Vendor Network new business development.
- Intern will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work directly with
Facility Vendor Network staff on various projects.
- Intern will perform other duties as assigned and will be given periodic
evaluations to track performance and expectations.
- Schedule will be determined at time of offer.
MARKETING INTERN QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position is open to COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY with Junior, Senior or
Graduate status. Students must receive academic credit (documentation
required).
- Degree seeking students in marketing, business administration, advertising,
management, sports marketing, or related programs are preferred.
- Travel and housing arrangements are the responsibility of the students.
- Proficient operating knowledge of general office equipment and computers is
required.
- Proficient working/operational knowledge of the following software programs is
required: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet search engine.
- Candidate must display a high level of maturity, a solid work ethic, and advanced
verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must be goal-oriented, have
the ability to multitask, and be capable of working independently.
