CCDBG   Child Care and                CCDBG is a section of Federal Public Law 101-508 enacted in 1990 to increase the availability,
        Development Block Grant       affordability and quality of child care.
CCDF    Child Care Development        This fund was created by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of
        Fund                          1996 (PL 104-193) to provide funding for child care. It combines the Transitional Child Care, JOBS
                                      and at-risk child care programs formerly funded under Title VI-A with the Child Care and
