Be focused. Not making careless mistakes. Read and understand the questionsCheck my work until I feel like it’s the

right answer. Listen and take notes. I can TOTALLY achieve my goal. If I focus and study well I wanna get an A and I

can improve by reading and understand and focus. Always have time to study. And get no careless mistakes before

December break. Need specifics! No SMART goal statement or specific, measurable areas of focus!

I need to study my math tests and keep track that i am making good level picking choices, I can do this if i am

careful doing so. If i achieve this goal i can get better grades. I should be able to keep getting closer to being done

with my goal every test we have and i should have it down by the end of the year. How will you know you are making

good level picking choices? Needs to be measurable

I want to challenge myself in Math by trying at least one black problem for 80% of the time and I can do and

understand at least one black problem with no trouble by Spring break. I will keep track of this by recording in my

notebook every time I do this. Good SMART goal

I want to do as much homework as possible a day, and try hard to do the homework the day it is given, and not doing

it the last second. I will also get more time to do my homework, and doing it as fast as possible. i will also want to

catch up with my homework and list the homework i have on my assignment notebook. I am doing this because i got

a pretty bad score on my last test.I would do this till’ the end of October. What is measurable in here? How do you

know if you are doing “more” homework? What is more important – doing more or doing smarter?

I want to get an A on my next black test (November) , by doing more of my black homework and keeping a record of

when I do one-fourth of the problems a day . Is your goal to do one-fourth of the problems every day? Are you doing

fewer than that now? How many of these do you want to get correct?

I want to get an A on my Blue test, by doing that I need to study on questions and problems that I’m not good at and

solve them until I get it right or I can study on my formative tests since the Summative test is similar to it . Doing this

will make me achieve my goal little by little. I want to achieve my goal by the end of November at the least . Need

measurable specifics: how many problems, what kind of problems, how often will you do this…

I want to study how to do more operations so I don’t get them wrong and practice doing them by doing the

homework, practicing on Khan Academy, and checking my homework so I don’t get get left behind in class. I will

have reached my goal before the end of the school year. Need measurable specifics: how many problems, what kind

of problems, how often will you do this…

I will be able to do 20 problems of my homework in 20 minutes. Everyday I will add two more problems to the number

of problems I did the other day. I will know I have reached my goal when I have finished 30 homework problems in 20

minutes. I will get an A on the blue math test by practicing on homework and Khan Academy. I will do 20 minutes of

homework each day without taking breaks. You have 3 separate goals here; stick with the main one about

homework. What happens when you have word problems that take 20 minutes each?

I will develop my math skills by doing about 30 minutes of homework and studying every day, and to keep track of

this I will write down what I have been doing well and what I haven’t been doing well, and I will work on what I haven’t

been doing well. To make this possible I will turn off all electronics so I will do all my homework and I don’t get

tempted to use the electronics. I will know when I have Improved in math when I take the test again at a harder level,

and see if my grade improved. I will do this for at least 30 minutes a day for the rest of the year so that I will improve

on my test. You have 2 separate goals here – homework time and no distractions. Your goal will be reached when

you meet your specific, measured aims – not necessarily do better on a test.

My goal is to get an A on a black math test by the end of the school year at least so I get smarter. It’ll be very much

possible if I study well.

My goal is to get most of my grades A’s (specific) in blue by doing my homework as early as possible so i can save

the file to my finder and review it (measurable), i will keep track of how many reviews and exercises i did in a week

by May 30(Timely) , so all my grades will be A’s by that time. (Results Oriented)

Not leaving my homework for the last nigh organize my homework by doing it 20 mins every night, if i try it is going to

be easy I would not work all night doing my homework .(R would do about 10 minutes of black level homework

without help.

To be able to solve an algebraic problem in less than a minute. I will solve algebraic problems in blue 15 minutes

every day and those will get herder every 3 days. I will be able to solve algebraic problem faster. I will solve 10

algebraic problems in 8 minutes and get all correct.

To help making less mistakes on a test I will check my work over and over again I will concentrate even more on my

tests the I should be getting a As or a Bs on my future tests. By Xmas I should be getting better grades.

to increase my homework time for homework atleast 30 mins more(sm) every day and record it on a notebook to

track my score untill the end of october.so that it will help me help others in math problems.

To practice more algebraic expressions. Practice algebraic expressions 20 - 30 minutes a day. Try to get 90 - 100%

in all blue and black tests.

Try not to make anymore careless mistakes and not regret on making a stupid mistake. I will read over any math

question 3 times and achieve this goal by the end of this semester

When I do my homework try to do the higher level after I finish my normal level and record it on my note book all in

one hour for one whole yearuntil i can do both black and blue easly9

When taking formative assessments, I will try to pay attention to detail when I work with expressions. I should be able

to do this about 80% of the time. I can achieve this goal if I can keep track of how many expressions or math

problems correct. This might help raise my test score from a B to an A and I should be able to do this before the

December break.
