Dear Dr. Half,
It is of great pleasure to write you on behalf of Tyler Mitchell and am writing you because he
has applied for your job opening. For the past 2 years I have gotten to know Tyler very well in
the accounting part and as a friend part. He is a very down to earth guy who has a work ethic
that is incomparable. He has focused himself over these past years and has learned the
accounting basis and ways that it takes to be successful in this business.
As his advisor, I have helped and taught him the best I can possibly teach and I feel like is
complete and ready for the real world. He is very sentimental young man, he donates his time
to charities and churches. He works on problems or just anything that is going on with one of
the deepest determination mindsets I have ever seen. There is no doubt in my mind that he
can step in right away and help your company.
Tyler is a very people person, he’s good with numbers, and he knows how to apply himself. I
very strongly recommend Tyler for this position.
Sincerely yours,
Deb Sisson

Dear Dr. Half,
I have gotten the opportunity to know Tyler Mitchell for most of his life. As his coach in
basketball early in his life, as his manager at Mazzios for 2 years, and just as his friend, I have
seen Tyler grow in so many ways. Every day he seeks new possibilities in his life and challenges
himself to new ideas that will make him tougher and smarter.
He is always the 1st one to work, he strives to be the best at what he does and has an incredible
work ethic. I cannot explain how many people that I have seen that compares to Tyler and how
hard he works, it’s on one hand through my whole life that’s for sure. He has been a success so
far through his accounting efforts and is ready to make a life for himself from what he has
worked with for 4 years.
I recommend so highly of Tyler Mitchell because of the person he is and the person he can
become. So much potential in one young man is in this guy so please consider him as part of
your business.
Sincerely,
Tim Gehrke

10.) My grandfather who I was very close died at a young age, it was a really tough
week for me because we were in the week of the state tournament for basketball,
something that I had trained for all summer and my whole life and was a huge goal of
mine. I had to fly to Illinois and be there and focus on what I needed to do for ball, my
main focus was my grandpa because obviously family is more important to me than
anything else, but I pulled through it stronger than ever after.
